Ok. That bikini is hot. You can rock it. I've been doing the Dukan Diet (google it) and I've dropped over 9 pounds since Jan 1. It's painful and I had to give up the captain (so I'm bitchy) but I'm dropping weight. My food addiction was OOC.

I am on day #4 of doing awesome with eating im so damn proud of myself, because I NEED IT, NOT YOU! lol ;) But I have been making smoothies for breakfast and I LOVE them and add my own creations to them. I make a different one each day. Plus Its a way to get my fruits in and nurtients I guess haha. I have been DEAD tired so long now and I am trying ANYTHING and everything to get my energy levels back up. It may be a thing c alled PARENTHOOD depleting me!?! lol. But yeah try the smoothies and I am also back running again too, and hopefully soon I will see results!

This morning smoothie I made I LOVED. It was 1 banana, 3/4 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries, 3/4 cup of milk, 2 tsp of honey (I added this on my own) and 3 spoonfuls of walnuts (i added this as well) and it was great! Walnuts are very good for you so I hear! :)

anyways I LOVE that bathingsuit. I Wish I could fit into that! sexy mama you are! hah

Don't eat, drink ya a big ol' bottle of wine & you'll be on your way to getting nice and white girl wasted/skinny. Orrrr you could do Weight Watchers with my big ass. I almost passed out when I found out my beloved Long Island was 15 points (more than 1/2 of my daily allowance) That's a bunch of bullshit =)

hmmm not that you need to lose any weight, but jillian michaels 30 day shred is supposed to be fantastic! you can buy the DVD on amazon for like 10 bucks and its just 30 mins a day (along with eating healthy but i know you already eat healthy!) and you can just do it at home so you can still be a mama!!

also try zumba!! or JUST DANCE if you have wii/playstation/xboxx!
